Payment can be made as follows:

  • Surname and name of the participant and ISWA must be clearly indicated on bank transfer slip
  • A copy of the bank transfer must be sent by email to the Secreteriat of ISWA 2012 (fax: +39 06 3240143, email: reg.iswa2012@ega.it)

Important:
• bank charges must be covered by participants
• registration not accompanied by credit card details or copy of the bank transfer will not be taken into consideration

Confirmation
• an automatically notification summarizing registration details and payment status will be sent to the participant via email as soon as the online registration procedure is completed
• a confirmation letter will be sent to the participant via email within 5 working days
• the invoice will be sent by email in due course

Please bring a copy of the confirmation letter with you to the Congress.

Participants and Accompanying Persons will pick-up their badges at the congress registration desk in Florence and will be required to wear them at all times during the Congress and tours.

Cancellation Policy and Refund

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the ISWA World Congress 2012 Secretariat and are liable to the following refunds:

• Up to 31 May 2012: full refund less handling fee of € 50,00 (+ VAT when applicable)
• After 31 May 2012: no refund

Note:

Penalty fees will be charged on the credit card given to secure the reservation or deducted from the amount transferred by bank transfer.
All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the Congress.
